 Aging is a natural process and there is no stopping it. Like time and tide wait for no men so does your age. Your skin will sag, wrinkles will start their process, and the white hairs on your head will start showing.

Taking care of yourself as you age doesn't mean stopping your body's natural process and trying to look like a teen though you have passed the adult stage.
