EXERCISE REGULARLY:

AVOID SMOKING AND DRINKING:

Alcohol though not dangerous compared to cigarettes, are also not good for health. However, alcohol in limited quantity once in a month is good for health.

AVOID JUNK FOODS AND OVER-EATING:

This is the most important items that induce cancer and many heart diseases. Junk foods can turn out to be dangerous and may induce accumulation of cholesterol beneath the skin surface. Hence, try to avoid eating junk foods due to its devastating outcomes on health.
